What’s In An Electric Cigarette?

New two-part electric cigarettes from iCIG are very easy to use. Now the atomiser and cartridge are combined to make a ‘cartomiser’ that does the job of both. Atomisers can ‘degrade’ quickly and need to be replaced quite often, which can be expensive. New two-part electric cigarettes from iCIG are much cheaper and easier to use.

The longest part of the electric cigarette is the battery – this powers the cigarette and allows the cartomiser to produce that smoke-like vapour that provides a satisfying smoking experience. The shorter part, that looks like the filter on a traditional cigarette, is the cartomiser. In old three-part electric cigarettes, the atomiser would heat the liquid in the cartridge, and this would produce the vapour. Now the two are combined and the cartomiser both contains liquid and heats it.

The liquid inside an electric cigarette is sometimes called a ‘nicotine solution’ and contains the nicotine to satisfy cravings. These can have varying concentrations of nicotine, providing a weaker or stronger ‘hit’. They can also be flavoured, much like flavoured tobacco. Most popular are of course a normal tobacco flavour or a menthol flavour; but they are also available in cola, coffee or vanilla.

While cartomisers will run out and need to be changed (though not very often) the battery is the part of an electric cigarette that does not change. It simply needs to be charged. iCIG electric cigarette starter kits come with a small charger that connects to a USB port, meaning that you can charge your battery wherever you are. Simply charge it whenever it runs low, like your phone or MP3 player. Then you’re ready to go!

iCIG electric cigarettes are very easy to use and contain simple components to recreate the experience of smoking a traditional cigarette – only they are much cheaper and much better for your health. Isn’t it time you switched?
