We are proud of the quality we offer our customers, to support this every one can enjoy a comprehensive 6 months warranty. We will replace old for new if we are unable to fix the issue you are having. The 6 months warranty covers non consumable parts such as USB charger, Wireless chargers, USB plug adaptors, Car adaptors etc.

Refills and Batteries are deemed to be consumables and so will need replacing however we will also be cover these if they do not fulfill thier lifespan. Refills approx lifespan: 200-300 puffs (20-25 cigarettes) and Batteries lifespan 1-3 months (dependant on customer usage).
